Hi!
I’m a Senior User Experience Designer Lead with 10 years of experience crafting intuitive, data-driven digital experiences for complex enterprise systems across healthcare, insurance, and retail. I thrive at the intersection of strategy, design systems, and human-centered innovation—transforming legacy workflows into streamlined, accessible, and engaging solutions.

My work spans from modernizing transactional systems, such as digital claims submissions and AI-powered search experiences for MyBlue eServices, to designing scalable design systems and reporting dashboards that empower business teams with clarity and insight. At Best Buy, I helped deliver enterprise ad products and backroom applications, aligning UX design with operational efficiency and measurable business growth.

I’m known for bridging design and strategy—collaborating with Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Accessibility teams to ensure every design is not only usable and compliant but purposeful, scalable, and built for impact. Whether leading design modernization efforts, mentoring UX teams, or validating design system components, I focus on creating experiences that are both human and high-performing.

At my core, I believe design has the power to turn complexity into clarity—and that every interaction is an opportunity to make life easier, smarter, and more connected.
