One is a hub for sales training resources and performance support created by the UnitedHealthcare Sales Readiness Organization. One and One Mobile offers the sales learner support and in the time of need, content to help them promote UnitedHealthcare products and services. The overall goal is to help the sales learner be more successful and to increase sales and referrals.
Challenge: “I’m too busy for training!”
Our challenge was to provide relevant information to our audience in a way that integrates with their selling process. One provides up-to-date and valuable information to our audience through a functional, user-friendly mobile app and desktop website.

We wanted to emphasize that One builds a relationship with the sales user and can be a great resource that is quick and easy to find content that can help them sell. We face the challenge of building the information architecture and designing UX/UI solutions that will allow the user to get to know One, be convinced about its value, and continue to stay engaged with the latest content.
