Wireframing an end-to-end certification experience for accuracy and efficiency
Role: Lead Product Designer    |   Tools: Figma, Mural    |    Team: 3 UX Designers, 1 Product Owner,   1 UX Architect, 3 UI Developers, 3 Subject Matter Experts, 1 Content Specialist    |    Year: 2023
The Problem
The FEPOC Blue Web Team was tasked with modernizing the Test Certification Sign-Off process, which was critical for certification forms to meet quality and compliance standards before release. The existing workflow was a manual process, sending word documents back and forth over email. It lacked clarity and consistency, making it difficult for stakeholders to understand the certification status, who was responsible, and the next steps. This created inefficiencies, risk of errors, and friction across teams involved in release readiness.

What to Remember
In enterprise UX, clarity and accountability are just as critical as usability—especially in compliance-driven workflows. These improvements mean the users can test on their terms.
